Destination Loading CIC was founded by two former teachers and school leaders with more than 35 years of combined experience across secondary education, leadership and school governance.

We know that preparing young people for their futures means more than academic success. They also need opportunities to build confidence, make decisions, solve problems and develop skills they can use in everyday life.

Our educator-led, outcome-focused approach combines our experience of education with a commitment to improving opportunities and outcomes for young people.

Preparing young people for real life

Young people face important financial decisions long before they feel ready to make them independently. From managing money and understanding everyday living costs to recognising scams and navigating spending pressures, the choices they face can feel complicated.

Our flagship financial wellbeing and capability programme uses immersive, real-world learning to help young people explore financial choices and develop practical skills they can use in everyday life.

Through interactive challenges, realistic scenarios and teamwork, young people build financial understanding alongside confidence, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
